Project Background:
To meet the needs of remote sensing satellite applications, a research institute commissioned our company (Zhonggu Weike) to conduct process research, precision machining, and assembly of high and low temperature motors—a key component in its Stirling and pulse tube refrigerator series. This series of refrigerators utilizes advanced technologies such as Oxford-type gap seals, leaf spring supports, and linear motor drives, possessing advantages such as large cooling capacity, fast start-up, high reliability, long lifespan, and low vibration. They are widely used in detectors, superconducting electronics, and space cryogenic storage.
Project Challenges:
The parts required extremely high machining precision and process control, and their structure was complex.
High consistency and reliability of product performance needed to be ensured.
The project delivery cycle was tight, posing a dual challenge to production management and technical capabilities.
Completion Status:
By optimizing the process route and strictly controlling quality, we overcame the technical difficulties and ultimately delivered the product on schedule and with high quality. The product fully met the user's design requirements and received high praise from the client.
